So here’s the thing. Your reaction to your proposal is one of the most priceless, once in a lifetime moments, that is totally worth documenting. I met up with David over coffee one afternoon, and we plotted a top secret plan to capture Joy’s reaction to his proposal. It would be tricky to get all the logistics down, but this undercover mission would be so worth it. After a handful of emails, diagrams, and plotting, we had our plan. My husband and I were having a “picnic” on Federal Hill when David and Joy sat down near us. I casually pretended to be touristy and photograph him, while really shooting over his shoulder and getting Joy & David, who were doing a symbolic foot washing. A tour group and some cyclists went by, and when they passed, David came up with a ring box in hand. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Congrats you two! Thanks for letting me play spy for a day
