Hey–Allow us to reintroduce ourselves.
We are C&I Photographers. Before telling you about who we are. Let’s talk about what we’re not first.
We aren’t your average, go-to photographers who took your yearbook snapshot or your cousin’s latest holiday card.
We are a crazy collection of fun-loving, multi-talented, multi-disciplined photographers who thrive on capturing moments and telling stories. We’ve spent our careers learning the rules like pros so we could break ‘em like artists. You’ll never see us shoot the same shot twice. We are swaggy nerds (we really like Star Wars) with a penchant for adrenaline adventure. We prefer Apple over Android every-single-time. We come from old-school photo labs, photojournalism at the US Senate, art studios, and we are two hundred percent—the products of our own imagination. Though based in DC, Fort Lauderdale, and Los Angeles, we enjoy traveling pretty much anywhere (hint: hire us for your Caribbean wedding). We like emojis in emails 🙂 , road trips across the country, hiking, energy drinks, and climbing trees. We let our work tell the story—you decide if we vibe or not. We think you will.
You might say ” Well hey guys that sounds great, but why the heck would wedding photographers produce a short film?” C&I Photographers also works with our loving parent company, C&I Studios. This “Train Wedding” concept shoot was the brainchild of said collaboration, and we’re so excited to share it with you alongside the release of our brand-spankin’ new website.
This shoot showcases the whimsical, fairy-tale side of every wedding we capture. It illustrates that love is not defined by the century in which it is found. Whether it be a wedding from yesteryear or a post-modern love story (Hunger Games anyone?), what couple doesn’t want to whisk their beloved away on a mystery train to an unknown destination? Maybe it will give you some wedding inspiration while you watch!
We don’t just photograph weddings, but we do like telling stories like this one in every photo we take.
Give us a call or fill out this form here–and the train ride can begin.
