Mona and Jared said “I do” at their spring wedding at the Cylburn Arboretum in Baltimore, Maryland, complete with fresh blossoms, a rustic stone mansion, and of course…the party of the year for their friends and family. The field of daffodils, live music, and clear starry sky at the end of the night really made for a picturesque day to celebrate the start of their new lives together. And as always, I was honored to be there to capture it all. Congratulations Mona & Jared!

Best Walkersville Maryland photographer | Brooke + Ryan Married | Walkers Overlook wedding

Brooke & Ryan were married at the quaint Walker’s Overlook House in Walkersville, Maryland. This place is a photographer’s dream with well lit, open rooms, walls of windows, and beautiful, classic furniture. I had never photographed here before, but after talking with the owner following the reception I learned that he himself was a wedding photographer for over 20 years before he opened the Venue. So it makes sense he would make his Venue a pleasure to photograph in. Anyhow, we got to see a few of our past couples ( Nicole & Steven ) & ( Iris & Scott ) Steven was Ryan’s Best man. So overall the whole day was pretty awesome. Brooke and Ryan’s nerves were non existent and the party was one of the chillest we had been to all year. I think they broke the record on total use of our Photo Booth which is amazing. You can see some of my favorites below.

Best Frederick Maryland Photographer | Ceresville Mansion | Diana & David Married

I’ve known the lovely bride Diana for some time now. We first met at one of my first jobs in high school… Foto image. Diana was in high school at the time and she would bring in her black and white film to be developed. It was hard for me not to notice when she came in, after all, she would bring her posse of friends along almost every time she came in (Yes, I’m talking about you Donna Corrine and C-tang) Ha! Memories. It’s weird to think back on how you met people, but I’m glad we did. We all become good friends and spent many hours hanging out at coffee/donut shops, throwing epic Birthday parties and enjoying our teenaged years together. I don’t know if Diana/David could have found a better match for themselves. David has one of those contagious personalities, he makes Diana’s eyes light up…it doesn’t take long to notice how happy they make each other. You guys did it, I am so happy for you and I was extremely honored to photograph the beginning of the rest of your lives together. Cheers!

Jackie and Andrew are truly two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. There is a kindred spirit between the two of them that you don’t often find with people, it’s the spark that makes them so special. They really are two of a kind, a match made for each other! Jackie & Andrew have quite an imagination! When I did their engagement photos (Click Here) Jackie told me she wanted to do something a little different…so she got a bunch of mason jars & glow sticks. We went out at night, cut the glow sticks apart and put the juice in the jars, then hung them in the trees. It made for a bunch of really cool and unique pictures. Knowing how creative and unique the engagement shoot was, I knew their wedding would be amazing, and it was. Everything was perfect, from the massive wall of hand made paper flowers, to the handmade boutonnieres, to all the other thoughtful decorations. What an amazing site to see. I’m so honored that Justin & I we were able to make their memories last forever! Congratulations guys, you are awesome!
